Malachi's first week.

So it's been about a week since I was in the hospital getting ready to deliver my baby boy! We checked into the hospital Sunday morning. The pitocin was given around ten thrity. We had visitors until I was uncomfortable. At five I decided to get an epidural which was great! At about nine fifteen I was fully diolated and I began to push. I pushed for two hours before they told me I had to Labor down for a half hour. I think this was a stall since the dr. was not at the hospital. The Dr. arived around eleven fourty five and after three pushes with the vacume I had a beautiful baby boy. I was so tired by this point and had lost quite a bit of blood I was in and out while they bathed and check out Malachi.


We had tons of visitor the next few days! Malachi was doing great. We came home Wednesday afternoon. We've been having lots of fun figuring out how to be parents. Malachi sleeps well thru the night. Mom takes the one O'clock feeding while dad takes the four O'clock feeding. :) I think we make quite a team. :)

While Jim and I sit here and wait for baby Malachi to arrive I though I'd look back over the past nine months. So here are a few pics of how my belly has grown.

Well the Arnold house hold is waiting for little Malachi to decied that he wants to come into this world and join us. While we wait hours have been spent on his room with tons of help from family and friends. Here are a few pics of his nursery!
